SIBO Diet
A clinically designed phased approach to manage bacterial overgrowth in the small intestine. The first phase limits fermentable foods to reduce symptoms like bloating and gas, while the second phase gradually reintroduces foods to support gut healing.
Support Through Every Phase
At Rawteen, we understand how challenging SIBO can be — from diagnosis to daily food choices. Our approach is designed to simplify your journey through both phases of the SIBO protocol, starting with Phase 1, which is the most restrictive.
We work with nutritionists and functional medicine insights to identify products that minimize fermentation, reduce inflammation, and calm the digestive system. Every item is screened to avoid ingredients that commonly worsen symptoms, especially in Phase 1.
Our goal is to support your recovery with practical, easy-to-follow food options — while laying the foundation for safe reintroduction in Phase 2.
How It Works at Rawteen
Our product curation follows a clear, phase-based system to support you whether you’re just starting or transitioning toward long-term balance.
What you’ll find in our Phase 1 selection:
Non-starchy vegetables like zucchini, spinach, cucumber, and carrots
Clean animal proteins: fish, poultry, and eggs
Healthy fats including olive oil, coconut oil, and ghee
Homemade-style bone broths and herbal teas
Carefully chosen low-FODMAP fruits in limited amounts (if tolerated)
What we avoid during Phase 1:
High-FODMAP foods like garlic, onion, legumes, apples, and wheat
All grains, dairy, and processed sweeteners
Fermented products and foods rich in prebiotics or resistant starch
Additives like inulin, chicory root, and artificial flavor enhancers
As you progress to Phase 2, we’ll help you identify safe ways to reintroduce foods and expand your diet — while keeping symptoms under control.
Note: Visual guides for each phase will be available soon.
