Alce Nero olives and garlic crush aromatic oil is an Italian organic product made in Calabria region, in the south of Italy. It is obtained by cold extraction and mixing both ingredients carefully. The simultaneous crushing transfers the garlic scent into the olives, and what we get is a pleasant organic dressing with an intense mediterranean taste.
There are just two ingredients: olives at 90% and garlic at 10%. There are no essential oils or artificial aromas. It is ideal on grilled meat during and after cooking.
